I started running in 2010 to lose weight. But I did not think of myself as a runner. My journey started at 220 pounds one month after my wife had twins. The first year I ran 150 miles. I ran a self supported half marathon in 3:30 just to see if I could. I learned a lot that day. Today I have run over 150 miles in a month and have lost near 50 pounds. This blog is to encourage others and chronicle my journey in running and life.
